By using this website or enrolling in any Trenvixh programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage with our services.

3. Service Description

Trenvixh provides educational programmes focused on personal finance, including banking basics, savings planning, and pre-retirement financial review. These services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or regulated financial services as defined under Thai law.

Our services are available to individuals in Thailand and may be accessed by individuals internationally, subject to availability and mutual agreement.

4. Enrolment and Session Scheduling

Enrolment in a Trenvixh programme is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Trenvixh. Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement and conducted at our premises in Thalang, Phuket, or via a communication method agreed in advance.

Trenvixh reserves the right to decline enrolment at our discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

All content provided by Trenvixh — including frameworks, comparison matrices, goal trackers, written summaries, and any other programme materials — remains the intellectual property of Trenvixh. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own financial education purposes only.

You may not copy, modify, translate, redistribute, or use Trenvixh content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are denominated in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:

Payment is required prior to the commencement of the programme. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrolment. All fees are inclusive of associated written materials.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel at least 5 business days before your first session, a full refund will be provided. Cancellations with less than 5 business days' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total programme fee. Once a session has taken place, the fee for that session is non-refundable. Trenvixh will endeavour to reschedule sessions disrupted by unforeseen circumstances on our end at no additional cost.

8. Nature of Educational Services

Trenvixh provides financial education — not regulated financial advice. Our educators do not hold financial advisory licences and do not provide recommendations for specific investment products, insurance products, or regulated financial instruments. Information shared in sessions is intended for educational purposes and to help you make more informed personal decisions.

We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial advisor for decisions that require regulated professional advice.

9. Disclaimers

All Trenvixh services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of educational content, we make no representation that information provided in sessions will be suitable for your individual circumstances or that any specific financial outcome will result from applying programme concepts.

Financial markets, regulations, and personal circumstances change. Content provided during sessions reflects information available at the time of delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Trenvixh's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from decisions made based on educational content provided in our programmes.

11. Confidentiality

Trenvixh treats all personal financial information shared during sessions as strictly confidential. We will not disclose session content or personal financial details to any third party without your consent, except where required by law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing programme engagement by providing written notice. In the event of termination by Trenvixh due to a breach of these terms, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where you terminate mid-programme, refund eligibility is governed by the cancellation terms in Section 7.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage clients to raise concerns with us directly in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. We will aim to resolve any dispute informally within 14 business days.

If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Thailand, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket Province.
